The international broadcast and media services company, DMA Media, has acquired the specialist B2B online video agency, The Peloton Content Ltd. The deal combines DMA’s media and corporate services and 20-year track-record in broadcast with The Peloton’s expertise in online video production, graphic design and animation.

The Peloton’s directors, Matt Warnes and Adrian Smith, who co-founded the agency, will join DMA following the completion of the acquisition. “The combination of our global reputation and client base with The Peloton’s specialist skill-set is obviously a winning combination”, said Rob Beynon, DMA’s Chief Executive. “The acquisition is another step in our ambitious strategy to transform DMA into the leading full- service, digital creative content and broadcast agency.”

Matt Warnes said: “The deal is an exciting opportunity that the company simply couldn’t turn down. It gives us the right environment to grow and thrive within the framework of a bigger company.”

Adrian Smith added: “We’ve successfully worked with the DMA team over the past few years on a number of projects, so we instinctively knew that the combination would be a perfect fit for us.”
